Felt like having steak for dinner. Didn’t want to overdo, so just had a lil. Dinner: Pan-seared strip, plantains & salad with (pears and blue cheese with lemon-vanilla-olive oil dressing)

Moroccan spice roasted chicken, plantains and sauteed broccoli from a a couple of nights ago.

Leftovers for lunch: crockpot curry chicken & cilantro lime rice.

Dinner: mac & cheese(cheddar, parm & ricotta) with chicken andouille, roasted chicken and broccoli.

Sometimes I get stuck. Dinner: Dutch style fries (topped with shallots, mayo & satay) & some steak. Decided to add some parmesan to the mix as well.
