Grown own cold triple chocolate

3 tsp of raw cacao powder

2 tsp of dutch processed cocoa

1/4 cup of shaved chocolate

1/4 cup of salted caramel vodka.„ more to taste

1 cup of warm milk

Lots of ice.

Totally sold on this salad. Had to do it again. Added some pear to it this time to give some crunch. Along with salmon & plantains

Dinner over the past few days. Roasted butternut, sauteed veggies & salmon topped with pesto ; orange beef with coconut rice; steak, plantains & salad (strawberries, avocado, capers, asiago with greens)

Dinner: steak with plantains & salad ( asiago cheese, capers, avocado & strawberries on a bed of greens with raspberry vinegar vinaigrette)

Dinner: steak on a bed of arugula,  roasted buternut, tomatoes & avocado topped with chimichurri. The steak can be skipped and load up more on the avocado/butternut.

Dinner: Fish Friday. Pan seared salmon w/ chimichurri. Arugula with roasted butternut,  grape tomatoes,  tomatillos, blood oranges and feta.

This week’s Through The Lens Thursday is food focused. A few of the meals/ snacks over the the past month. A Scotch egg themed shoot for Easter, Some oatmeal with fruits for a light breakfast, Making use of left-over steak for open faced sandwiches and making use of left-over roasted chicken for a salad.

Dinner: plantains,herb roasted chicken breast with peas & mushrooms sauteed in beef bacon fat with a whisky sour.

Post workout smoothie. Loading up on ginger for the soreness thats bound to happen. Mangoes,  passion fruit, arugula,  parsley, greek yogurt, ginger & ginger syrup (not shown).
